ADMINISTRATIVE DETAILS
A. General Information:

• Language: Slovak, English
• Opened for Military Students (Bachelor´s/Master´s study programmes, military/civilian)
• Equipment: computer, data projectors, etc. will be provided by host institution
• Dress code: military uniform or formal dress (jacket and tie) for civilian students

B. Deadlines:
All participants are kindly asked to send the registration form and full paper/thesis to the following e-mails: martina.hyklova@aos.sk and jana.vitovska@aos.sk no later than April 21, 2023.

C. Accommodation, Meals and Cultural programme:
Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Stefanik provides accommodation at Hotel Jánošík, meals, coffee breaks and cultural programme free of charge to the participants of the Students´ Scientific Conference 2023 – SK PRES V4 and their accompanying officers.

18th May:

• 07:00-07:30 Breakfast at the Hotel Jánošík
• 07:35 Departure from Hotel Jánošík (meeting point at Reception desk area of hotel Jánošík)
• 07:45-08:00 Registration of participants
• 08:00-08:25 Opening Ceremony
• 08:30-13:00 Students´ papers´ competition – presentations
• 13:00-14:00 Lunch
• 14:20-15:00 Competition evaluation / Award Ceremony
• 15:00-18:00 Leisure time
• 18:00-20:00 Hosted dinner at the Hotel Jánošík

19th May:

• 07:00-08:00 Breakfast at the Hotel Jánošík
• 08:40 Meeting point for guided tour at Reception desk area of Hotel Jánošík
• 08:40-12:00 Guided tour – history of town Liptovský Mikuláš and visit to the Slovak Museum of Nature Protection and Speleology
• 12:00-13:00 Lunch
• 13:00 - Departure
