Based on the long-term cooperation between the David Agmashenebeli National Defence Academy of Georgia and representatives of the NATO DEEP (Defence Education Enhancement Program) Georgia, a working meeting was held on September 11th – 13th, 2023.  LTC Martin Chovanec, PhD from Armed Forces Academy of GEN. M.R. Stefanik participated at the meeting as an external advisor of NATO DEEP.

Both military educational institutions presented the possibilities for education in the field of higher education as well as life-long education of officers. The main point of the entire working meeting was to discuss ways of implementation of expert support and involvement in integration / merger of the Command & staff program & Defence Analysis Master´s program at the Command General Staff College. The basic document for the discussion was the Evaluation Report of the Master's Program containing 8 modules, which was prepared based on the Georgian’s request.
