The website is created as much as possible according to the rules for the creation of access websites in state, public administration and self-government. This website strives for maximum accessibility and usability according to most known methods. They follow all important accessibility principles according to the Blind Friendly Web methodology and the W3 consortium.
Presentation layout and content is created in so-called responsive design, which automatically adapts to the device according to its resolution so that all elements are easy to read and position. The result is achieved using element width percentages (so-called fluid grid) where instead of fixed pixels we define the width in percent and CSS3 media-queries, which load CSS styles according to the device resolution. The responsive design allows the content of the page to be adapted to the size of the output device - monitor, netbook, tablet, mobile phone, thus providing the user with a perfect display and presentation of information.
The use of cascading styles can be turned off using the "Version for the visually impaired" link in the footer of the web page (they can then be turned on). This feature requires cookies to be enabled in your browser.
